Law Students

While Gibbons focuses its entry-level attorney recruitment and hiring efforts on judicial clerks the firm launched the Clerkship to Associate Pipeline (CAP) Program in 2018 to assist highly qualified students of diverse backgrounds, selected by participating faculty and administrators of several area law schools, to prepare for post-law school employment. For second-year students, the CAP Program helps prepare for the clerkship hiring process, while the program focuses on the post-clerkship associate hiring process third-year law students.
